Made from inegenous grape variety Dimyat, the wine is light lemon in color with green hues. Delicate aromas of acacia flowers, lemon and apple; rounded and smooth body with ripe pear and lemon notes, finishing with a hint of salty minerality.

Great as an aperitif or paired with salads, light white fish, shellfish or oysters.

Maryan Winery is owner by the Ivanov family – Svetla and Iliya, together with their two sons Petar and Vladimir. Together with their friend – winemaker Stefan Choranov they created Maryan Winery in 2010.

The winery is named after the village of Maryan where the wine is also made. The history of the village goes back to the legend of Kera Tamara – daughter of Tsar Ivan Alexander and sister of Tsar Ivan Shishman – the last Bulgarian ruler.
