Delivery Policy
Delivery Terms and Costs
At present we deliver goods to UK Mainland only. We use our courier partner DHL, Royal Mail and our own transport to supply our products. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of payment of order. We are also offering FREE Click & Collect from a Central London location. Please contact us on winesfromsip@gmail.com to arrange.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. Alcohol will only be sold and delivered to an individual address or business address as specified at the time of placing the order.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £100. There is a shipping fee of £12.50 for any orders under £100.
We try to deliver all items within the requested time frame, but we will not be liable to do so in case of circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you to inform you if some or all items will not be delivered on time.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by the driver and another attempt will be made on another day. If we are unable to make a second attempt to deliver the items, they will be returned to us and you will then be refunded for the cost of the goods less the delivery charge or a fee of £12.50 for orders with free delivery. In such case, you will have to place a new order for the items.
Deliveries of alcohol cannot be left outside the address or specified location if no one is present at the time of the delivery.
For change of delivery address requests, we may be able to change the address before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us for further information.
Return Policy
Wines from S.I.P will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. You must arrange for the item to be returned to us or arrange collection.
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any drinks that are faulty when the faulty item is returned to us.
In order to arrange collection, you can contact us on 07868985153 or send an email to winesfromsip@gmail.com. We are not able to collect any broken bottles and we can only collect items in their original packaging. Any drinks must be returned intact and unopened and only full and complete cases can be returned.
In case you are entitled to a refund, it will be made to the card used to make the purchase within 14 working days of receiving the goods. We do not offer cash refunds.
Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit
Wines from S.I.P is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us with next steps.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we may be able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us on 07868985153 or email winesfromaip@gmail.com If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
