Château Cana, Jardin Secret 2014

13ha Château Cana, a winery that was established in 2000 by Fadi Gerges who wanted to restore viticulture to the war-blighted area. Today, the winery is run by his daughter, Joanna, but Fadi still rolls up his sleeves in the winery, making a range of Bordeaux/Rhône-style reds, as well as a Pinot Noir and red made with the local Sobbaghieh. They also use a natural approach to winemaking. The harvest of the grapes is done manually and the fermentation naturally with minimal intervention.
